About The Role And You
The role of Partnership Manager (Melbourne) will report to the Group Partnership Manager, and you will play an integral role in the coordination of all aspects of successful campaign management with key clients.
- Lead the implementation of client campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, providing excellent client service and minimising errors throughout the delivery process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings from campaign commencement through to completion.
- Provide regular progress updates, communications, and reporting for larger or more complex campaigns.
- Champion client needs and objectives across the business to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and work closely with Commercial Managers to deliver campaign objectives.
- Navigate campaign complexities, competing priorities, and varying stakeholder requirements effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish clear lines of communication to ensure the seamless implementation and delivery of all campaigns.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to drive successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in campaign management / sales within radio, media or similar industry;
- Have experience managing partner servicing plans, budgets and other deliverables to a high standard.
- Have outstanding relationship / stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas.
- Have excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage your time and multiple projects at a time.
- Be a team player and work cooperatively with others across the organisation to achieve results.
- Have a proven ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions for clients.
- Experience within a media and / or advertising agency would be well regarded.
- A passion for sport and / or media is important.
