The Role
The Senior Performance Manager leads and shapes clients integrated media performance from end to end, owning strategy, commercial outcomes, and client growth.
You will sit at the intersection of strategy, media and commercial performance. From launching multi-million-dollar property projects to driving enquiry pipelines for established brands, you will be responsible for turning media investment into measurable business results.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, act commercially and execute with precision.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years experience in integrated performance marketing within an agency environment, with proven expertise in paid social and paid search (Google Ads, Bing), ATL, Publisher
- Strong campaign planning and strategy development skills, with the ability to build multi-channel digital strategies aligned to business objectives and sales cycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to optimise campaigns for lead generation, and sector-specific KPIs
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Own the client relationship and strategic direction for your clients
- Develop tailored media strategies based on client sales cycles, market positioning, and business objectives
- Drive measurable ROI through strategic recommendations, presenting lead generation and sales conversion outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities across client portfolios, from new property launches to seasonal retail campaigns and brand expansion
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Brief and manage specialist teams including media buyers, analysts, and creative to deliver integrated campaigns
- Mentor junior managers, building their expertise in property marketing cycles, retail seasonality, and industry nuances
- Lead client workshops and quarterly business reviews, aligning internal teams with client goals
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, ATL, and publisher media channels
- Optimise for lead quality, cost per enquiry, and conversion to sale or settlement
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing for property launches, construction milestones, and retail promotional periods
- Build reporting dashboards tracking enquiry volume, site registrations, inspection bookings, lead-to-sale conversion, and ROAS
Agency Collaboration
- Work closely with strategy, creative, PR and events teams to ensure integrated delivery
- Contribute to agency-wide thinking, process improvement and capability building
- Support pitch activity and credentials development as required
