We're looking for an SRM & Performance Specialist to help shape and improve the way supplier relationships are managed across the organisation. This role sits within Procurement at the intersection of business analysis, reporting, supplier governance and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across systems, people and processes.
While procurement experience is valuable, we're particularly interested in candidates with strong Business Analysis and reporting skills who can turn data into meaningful insights and help drive better business decisions.
You'll lead the ongoing development and improvement of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, ensuring suppliers are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll support supplier onboarding, registrations, assessments and performance reviews, while maintaining accurate supplier data and strong governance practices.
You'll also support procurement systems and digital improvement initiatives, helping improve processes and data quality, while developing procurement spend dashboards and performance reporting that provide valuable insights to the business.
As a trusted advisor, you'll work collaboratively with internal teams to provide guidance on supplier management, governance and best practice, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
About you
You'll bring experience in Business Analysis, Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement Governance or a similar discipline, along with:
- Strong reporting, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience working with procurement or ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, PRISM or similar)
- An understanding of supplier governance and third-party risk management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering better business outcomes
- The ability to thrive in a complex, evolving environment
