We're looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Schools Temp Recruitment team in our Collingwood Office.

This is a people-focused leadership role responsible for leading a team of recruiters who source, engage and onboard educators for temporary opportunities across Victorian schools. Working closely with our Account Management team, you'll ensure we maintain a strong pipeline of quality educators ready to support schools when they need them most.

You'll coach and develop your team, drive recruitment performance and sourcing strategies, and help create an outstanding experience for every educator engaging with ANZUK.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruiters
• Drive candidate attraction, sourcing and engagement strategies
• Build and maintain strong educator talent pipelines
• Support your team to achieve recruitment and placement targets
• Strengthen relationships with educators throughout their ANZUK journey
• Explore new sourcing channels and talent attraction opportunities
• Ensure recruitment best practice, compliance and operational excellence
• Collaborate across teams to deliver great outcomes for schools and educators
