Execute and optimise customer acquisition campaigns across our brands, turning media plans into high-performing activity that drives prospecting, audience growth and business outcomes.

Working closely with Planning and Media Marketing Managers, you'll manage campaign delivery across social, display, video, native, sponsorships and emerging channels, overseeing budgets, performance and optimisation to maximise results.

You'll be hands-on in the platforms, building and managing campaigns, analysing data and insights, and partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless execution across both programmatic and non-programmatic channels.

This role is suited to a digitally savvy marketer who thrives on execution, uses data to guide decisions, and is passionate about delivering measurable growth through continuous testing, learning and optimisation.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement advanced performance media campaigns including programmatic, direct buying, video, mobile, social ads and native advertising, connected TV, YouTube etc.
  • In depth reporting and analysis of campaign performance to leverage learnings to support media mix modelling and future campaign strategy.
  • Maintain existing campaign automations and identify further optimisations/automations that would assist the Performance Marketing team.
  • 1st and 3rd party audience curation and management within ad platforms.
  • Ensure media is optimised towards business outcomes, ranging from awareness to retention.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and external agency teams to ensure that all campaigns utilise are representative of the current consumer, customer, and brand landscape.
  • Manage publisher and ad platform relationships.
  • Champion experimentation and identification of new opportunities for your brands.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise campaign structures, processes, reporting, and automations.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, technology, or data related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • At least 4 years' experience managing and operating Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience in digital media planning and buying, media strategy experience desirable.
  • Experience navigating and implementing ad tech solutions.
  • Experience in analysing medium to large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of web and app analytics suites.
  • Experience managing a direct report.
