Whales Regional Workforce is a PALM Scheme Approved Employer supporting 500+ Pacific Island workers across meat processing sites in VIC, NSW and Tasmania. We're looking for an organised all-rounder to join our Port Melbourne office.
What you'll do
- General office admin (document preparation, printing, supplies and ordering)
- HR support for our PALM scheme workforce (reports, worker records, compliance documentation)
- Assist the team with day-to-day coordination
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and solid MS Office / Excel skills
- Good written English and a can-do attitude
- Experience in labour hire, HR admin or the PALM scheme is a plus, not a must
- Full working rights in Australia
