Mayfair Compliance Solutions is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Building Solutions Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team.

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside our directors, Registered Building Surveyors and Registered Engineers on a diverse range of projects across Australia. About the Role

As a Building Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our directors in the preparation of PBDBs and Performance Solution Reports across a wide variety of projects.

You will also gain experience across multiple engineering disciplines, including:

• Façade weatherproofing and waterproofing assessments alongside our Façade Engineer and waterproofing experts.

• Civil and drainage performance solutions alongside our Civil Engineer

• Building Code performance solutions across all NCC disciplines

As Mayfair continues to grow, this position is intended to develop into a leadership role with responsibility for mentoring and managing junior engineers.

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering degree (civil or mechanical)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience preparing Performance Solutions within a Performance Solutions consultancy firm.

• Strong understanding of the National Construction Code and performance based design

• Excellent technical writing and communication skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to continue developing across multiple engineering disciplines
