Job Description

  • Identify sale opportunities through active prospecting, database management, networking, and relationship development
  • Prepare property appraisals and vendor submissions with strategic marketing recommendations
  • Negotiate agency agreements on commercial terms in accordance with current legislation
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies including information memoranda, digital campaigns, and advertising schedules
  • Maintain regular vendor communication through calls, reports, and updates to preserve agency integrity
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and manage sale campaigns via auction, tender, expression of interest, or private treaty
  • Negotiate contract terms including price and settlement conditions to achieve optimal sale outcomes
  • Manage file documentation and CRM records in compliance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless transaction execution

Required Qualifications

  • Current South Australian real estate license (Sales Representative or Agent's Representative certification)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial real estate, corporate finance, or professional services
  • Demonstrated business development and client relationship management capability
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Current driver's license with ability to travel throughout South Australia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Property Economics, or equivalent qualification
  • Established professional network within Adelaide's commercial property market
  • Experience in property valuation methodology or investment analysis
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and property marketing systems
  • Knowledge of South Australian planning legislation and development processes
  • Professional accreditation (CPV, AAPI) in progress or completed
