Site Manager - Multi Residential Apartments

About the Role

I'm currently partnering with a reputable builder/developer with a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial and multi-residential developments across Brisbane. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Drive construction programme and coordinate site activities
• Monitor project progress, quality, and HSEQ compliance
• Lead project delivery across both structure and finishes
• Liaise with the project team to ensure programme milestones are achieved

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering high-rise apartment or multi-residential projects
• Strong experience across both structure and finishes
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ, and site compliance
• QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential
