Elevate has partnered with an international top-tier law firm to onboard exceptional Legal Analysts to join its Digital Legal Delivery team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for high-achieving law graduates, paralegals, junior lawyers, and overseas-qualified lawyers to work on complex, high-profile matters for global clients while gaining valuable experience in legal technology, AI-enabled legal services, and digital legal delivery.

No previous document review experience is required. If you have a strong academic background, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct document review and legal due diligence on complex commercial matters.
  • Analyse and organise large volumes of legal documentation.
  • Support lawyers on high-profile client engagements across a variety of practice areas.
  • Work with leading legal technology platforms and approved Generative AI tools.
  • Collaborate with experienced lawyers and legal professionals to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • LLB or JD qualification.
  • Outstanding: WAM 80+ or GPA 6.5+
  • Strong: WAM 75–79 or GPA 6.0+
  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • Available to commence immediately.
  • Able to work 100% onsite for the duration of the engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An interest in legal technology and innovation.
  • Willingness to complete the Relativity Review Pro Certification before being considered by the client.
  • The certification demonstrates your commitment to learning the platform and helps prepare you for the client's onsite technical assessment if shortlisted.
  • Elevate will reimburse the certification cost for candidates who are successfully placed on the project.

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Previous document review experience.
  • Experience using Relativity or another eDiscovery platform.
  • Litigation support or legal research experience.
  • Previous legal or professional office experience.
  • Additional language skills such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Russian, or European languages.
