About The Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive marketing professional to join our Marketing team, based in our Adelaide Head Office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be part of a close-knit and collaborative team, supporting a range of engaging marketing activities that connect prospects and clients with NCI's products and services, strengthen our brand presence, and support business growth.

The Key Responsibilities Include

  • Create engaging marketing collateral, including templates, promotional materials and sales tools.
  • Maintain and update NCI's website and intranet content to ensure information is accurate, current and relevant.
  • Coordinate social media content and scheduling, with guidance from the Head of Marketing.
  • Refine, review and build our digital marketing offering to increase lead generation.
  • Record, edit and prepare video content for use across social media and other marketing channels.
  • Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns through MailChimp.
  • Coordinate and monitor external advertising activities as required.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week and offers a great opportunity to build a rewarding career with NCI and within the insurance industry.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing coordination, communications or content creation role.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • A digital marketing-first outlook when assessing new opportunities.
  • Confidence managing multiple websites, intranet, and social media content.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
