About This Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple civil projects, managing budgets, programmes, client relationships and project teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

  • Manage civil projects from award through to completion.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and forecasts.
  • Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project reporting and financial updates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing subdivision and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Background in bulk earthworks, excavation and road construction.
  • Demonstrated commercial and contractual management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Australian working rights.
