About The Role And Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Clerk to join our Workspace team, onsite in our Melbourne office.

As Facilities Clerk, you will play an important role in providing efficient and reliable facilities support to our thriving and growing Melbourne office. Our Melbourne office currently consists of over 500 people.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • setting up rooms including IT equipment for workstations, meetings, events and seminars;
  • maintain internal meeting rooms including AV equipment, stationery and room presentation;
  • maintain inventory of AV and WFH equipment, such as monitors, keyboards, headsets and meeting room devices;
  • conduct daily floor walks in the morning and afternoon to ensure office is fully operational;
  • provide office tour to new starters;
  • manage security access card distribution;
  • monitor and complete service requests submitted through Jira;
  • logging jobs with building management;
  • coordinate secure bin pickups and general office maintenance; and
  • assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

About You

You will ideally have the following skills and experience:

  • strong attention to detail;
  • strong customer service skills;
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • flexible and reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and proactive approach;
  • strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise deadlines;
  • ability to work autonomously as well as taking direction;
  • basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • ability to work under pressure; and
  • professional work ethic.
