Sales Manager – SaaS | SYD | Full-time

Banktech is a leading supplier of gaming-and payment products and services to the hospitality industry (clubs and pubs).
Banktech is looking to grow our software (SaaS) sales by leveraging the strong industry relationships we have developed over 30+ years.
Ideally you are a competent and results driven professional with 5+ years selling SaaS products to the hospitality industry.
You will be responsible for leveraging existing customers and driving new business sales and revenue growth for SaaS, developing strategic sales opportunities, managing customer relationships and building a sustainable pipeline of growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve targets.
- New business development and management of sales pipeline.
- Managing the sales cycle from prospecting through to contract execution.
- Preparing detailed commercial proposals.
- Ensuring the achievement of financial targets, sales budgets and conversion ratios.
- Building long term strategic relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Maintaining CRM systems to ensure all data is relevant.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with a track record of selling SaaS.
- Strong business development, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills.
- Experience selling into hotels, clubs, casinos or related would be an advantage.
- Ability to travel to meet with clients, attend tradeshows and industry events, including periodic interstate travel
