Exuve Partners is seeking an accomplished hospitality executive for a leadership opportunity within an internationally branded luxury hotel.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing hotel while working closely with ownership and senior stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, commercial performance and an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of the hotel operation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the property's ongoing evolution and long-term business objectives.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will:

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.

• Drive commercial performance through strategic revenue management, sales leadership, budgeting and operational excellence.

• Partner closely with ownership and senior stakeholders to support operational priorities, business initiatives and long-term investment objectives.

• Collaborate with internal project and technical teams to ensure operational continuity while maintaining the highest service standards.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

• Provide strategic operational and financial reporting, supporting informed decision-making and sustainable business performance.

We're Interested in Speaking with Leaders Who Have:

• Significant General Manager experience within an internationally branded luxury hotel.

• Experience leading complex hotel operations within large-scale luxury properties.

• Exposure to hotel refurbishment projects, operational transitions or capital improvement programmes is advantageous.

• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimisation and profitability.

• Experience working with ownership groups, asset managers or institutional investors.

• Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management and change management capabilities.

• Experience leading internationally branded luxury hotels within Australia or the broader Asia-Pacific region will be highly regarded.
