Are you passionate about fitness, leadership, and creating an outstanding member experience? We're looking for an energetic and driven Club Manager to lead our team at Jetts Rivervale.

About the Role

As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the day to-day operations of the club while creating a welcoming environment where members feel supported to achieve their fitness goals.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the club team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Drive membership sales and achieve monthly growth targets.

Conduct club tours and help prospective members find the right membership.

Build relationships within the local community through events and partnerships.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the club.

Manage member enquiries, retention, and administrative tasks.

Support members on their fitness journey and create an inclusive club culture.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

A self-motivated, positive, and proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage daily club operations.

Passion for health, fitness, and helping people succeed.

Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).

Certificate III or IV in Fitness is an advantage but not essential.
