Our Opportunity
Are you ready to lead one of the Gold Coast's most exciting dental centres?
We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Centre Leader to oversee our Helensvale and Coomera dental centres.
At the heart of this role is Helensvale, our busy 7-chair hub centre delivering both general dentistry and specialist services including Periodontics, Prosthodontics and complex restorative treatments . You'll also support our welcoming 2-chair Coomera clinic , providing valuable multi-site leadership experience.

What you'll be doing
Lead the day-to-day operations across both Helensvale and Coomera
Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing support team
Manage rostering, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation
Coordinate busy specialist and general dentistry appointment schedules
Build strong relationships with practitioners and support exceptional patient experiences
Monitor and influence key financial and operational performance metrics
Drive continuous improvement across patient care, team engagement and operational performance
Partner with your Regional Business Leader to support continued growth and success

About you
You're a confident, resilient and people-focused leader who enjoys bringing teams together and delivering operational excellence in a busy healthcare environment.
You'll bring:
Previous experience as a Centre Leader, Practice Manager or similar leadership role (dental experience highly regarded)
Strong operational capability, including rostering, patient coordination and workflow management
Experience leading busy, multi-chair healthcare environments
Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations
Ability to confidently coordinate multiple practitioners and complex treatment schedules
Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive centre performance
Calm decision-making and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
