As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll manage your own portfolio of vacancies across corporate, project and operational functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. From taking role briefs and developing sourcing strategies to interviewing candidates, managing offers and supporting onboarding, you'll run end-to-end recruitment while building strong relationships across the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own portfolio of vacancies from role briefing through to offer acceptance
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice
• Developing sourcing strategies and proactively identifying high-quality talent
• Advertising vacancies across SEEK, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates against role requirements
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
• Managing offer negotiations and supporting successful onboarding outcomes
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting within our Applicant Tracking System
• Supporting employer branding initiatives, recruitment projects and continuous improvement activities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys building relationships and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment within an agency or internal Talent Acquisition environment
• Confidence managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across a variety of disciplines
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
• Experience sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, mining, infrastructure or industrial sectors will be highly regarded but is not essential
