What this opportunity involves

As a Transaction Manager, form part of the transaction management team responsible for meeting all contractual requirements nationally under JLL and the Clients Master Services agreement. These include leasing strategy, governance, transaction activities and financial control.

Play a significant role in the clients property strategy by leading lease negotiations for a specific leasing project.

An Overview of the role

Delivery of Transaction Management activities such as establishing new tenures.

Support lease administration and finance functions management through budget development and rent-roll reporting

Achieve optimal outcomes for the client’s leasing negotiations by meeting financial and qualitative targets

Engage in key internal and client stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations are met

Further support JLL with the client’s transition to technology enabled transaction management

Focus on continuous improvement to efficiently drive better reporting outcomes

Support the Client’s divestment requirements, serving notices, supporting exit negotiations and finalising documentation

Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Real Estate/Property/Business/Law)

Background in client facing tenant representation or leasing role

Exposure within telecommunication industry or high-volume real estate portfolio

Leads by example and will be an ambassador for JLL through complying with business conduct guidelines

Actively encourage an environment which is supportive of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success

Ability to maintain, manage and report accurate transaction and financial data across a large, complex portfolio

Experience in utilising lease admin and property management databases

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines whilst addressing complex problems within rapidly changing environments
