Job Title: Site Leader - Marquees & Events

We're Prestige Event Hire, and we build the spaces where great memories happen. From major music festivals to high-end corporate events and race days, we've been building standout event spaces across Geelong and regional Victoria for 30 years.

Right now, we're looking for a hands-on, switched-on Site Leader to join our full-time crew. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out on site, leading a team to build custom temporary structures and set up premium event spaces. You're the person who makes sure the job gets done right, safely and on time.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead a crew on site to build and dismantle marquees, structures, and event setups. You'll read site plans, keep the build on track, and liaise with clients, event planners, and venue managers on the ground. You'll also manage equipment, loading and unloading, and general site logistics. When things change on the fly, and in events, they always do, you'll be eager to help figure it out.

What we're looking for

You know how to run a crew, keep morale up, and get the best out of people. You've got experience in event labour, construction, rigging, or a similar physical industry. You're a problem solver who doesn't stress when things go sideways. You can talk to a festival promoter just as easily as you talk to your team.
