With more than 200 people across Australia, we have grown into one of the country’s most trusted mechanical services and HVAC businesses, taking on some of the most complex projects in the industry. We are now scaling rapidly to support a major AI-infrastructure rollout spanning multiple domestic and international sites, and we are building the supply chain function that underpins the program.

About This EOI

We are growing our supply chain team and expect to bring on several positions over the next six months. Rather than wait for roles to be advertised, we want to hear from motivated supply chain practitioners now so we can move quickly when the time is right.

If you have experience in any of the following areas, we would love to hear from you.

We Are Looking For People With Experience In

• Coordinating inbound freight movements, including container management, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling
• Inventory management, including stock control, cycle counting, reconciliation, and warehouse coordination
• Outbound dispatch and logistics coordination, including booking carriers, managing documentation, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Supply chain data, reporting, and analysis, including working with planning tools, dashboards, and ERP systems to provide visibility across the operation
• Freight station and container yard operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods across domestic and international supply chains

What We Are Looking For People Across All Roles

• Proven hands-on experience in a commercial, fast-moving supply chain environment, with a track record of getting things done at an operational level
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing moving parts
• Confidence working with data, systems, and reporting tools
• Good communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams
