As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex campaigns, productions and influencer activations while ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
About the Role
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams, contractors and suppliers, and ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly from briefing through to final delivery.
Working closely with our Client Services and Production teams, you'll be the operational backbone of projects anticipating risks, solving problems before they arise and keeping everyone aligned.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Project Management
- Lead projects from briefing through to delivery.
- Build and manage detailed project timelines.
- Coordinate project kick-offs and internal workflows.
- Manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Keep projects moving while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Facilitate project wrap-ups and post-campaign reviews.
Resource Planning & Team Coordination
- Coordinate workloads across internal departments.
- Allocate work across Production and Client Services teams.
- Forecast resourcing requirements
- Manage production schedules and shoot logistics in conjunction with the Production Coordinator.
- Coordinate external suppliers and specialist partners.
- Ensure projects remain appropriately resourced throughout delivery.
Global Contractor Management
- Build and manage relationships with international contractors and freelancers.
- Coordinate teams working across multiple time zones.
- Brief, onboard and manage specialist contractors.
- Monitor quality, timelines and performance.
- Source additional specialist talent where required.
- Create strong working relationships across global teams.
Influencer Campaign Management
- Manage complex cross-market influencer campaigns from planning through execution.
- Coordinate influencer sourcing and talent selection.
- Manage negotiations, contracting and deliverables.
- Oversee creator communications and approvals.
- Coordinate campaign logistics and timelines.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered to brief and budget.
Financial Management
- Manage project budgets and profitability.
- Track project hours against estimates.
- Identify and manage over-servicing.
- Raise variations where additional work is required.
- Forecast project spend.
- Support accurate invoicing.
- Protect agency profitability across all projects.
Process & Operations
- Improve project management systems and workflows.
- Develop scalable operational processes.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and project delivery across the business.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced project leader with exceptional organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
You'll ideally bring:
- 5+ years' experience in project management within a marketing, creative, production or agency environment.
- Experience managing complex marketing or production campaigns.
- Strong experience delivering influencer marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing large budgets and commercially focused projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
- Experience working with international teams or contractors.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
