The role

We are looking for an immediately available Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in North Strathfield on a casual basis - someone who thrives on transactional accuracy, fast‑paced coordination, and cross‑functional problem solving.

This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role supporting the Accounts Payable Team Leader and wider Finance team, with responsibility for the day‑to‑day AP function across our UCC New Zealand operation, as well as providing support to our Payroll function.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox, responding to customer queries and ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Processing of supplier invoices with accuracy
  • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining up‑to‑date records across finance systems.
  • Handling statement reconciliations and following up on outstanding balances.
  • Creating and preparing payment runs.
  • Managing stakeholder enquiries and providing clear, professional communication.
  • Supporting the payroll function by monitoring the payroll inbox.
  • Assisting with general finance administration as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.

This is a casual role (38 hours per week) in our North Strathfield office, with some flexibility offered.
