About the role
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street, you'll lead your own room and guide a team of passionate educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Working alongside our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting children's development, and continuously improving educational practice.
In this role, you'll:
Lead and support a team of educators within your room
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality educational outcomes
Foster an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment

What you'll bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current QLD Working with Children Check
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via the Geccko platform
A passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality learning outcomes for children
