In this role, you will:

Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline

Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

Perform key business administration tasks

Build and maintain strong relationships with families

About Goodstart Brinsmead

We are a 75-place centre featuring three spacious yards and five fully air-conditioned rooms, catering to children from birth to six years old. Our service provides morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, accommodating all dietary requirements, including allergies. We take pride in our long-term employees and exceptionally low staff turnover rate. Our Centre Director, Zoe, has been with us for over 20 years, and some of our Educators were once children at our centre! We offer flexible working arrangements and a minimum of two programming hours weekly, increasing with enrolment numbers. Our multicultural team, with members from India, Japan, Italy, the Philippines, Torres Strait, New Zealand, and Colombia, strives for excellence through critical reflection, ensuring that all stakeholders' voices are heard, included, and respected.
