Synergie Australia is partnering with a leading national organisation to appoint an experienced People Systems & Analytics Manager, driving a key SuccessFactors transformation across the business.

The important parts

  • Pay: $1,300-$1700 daily rate + Super | Duration: 6-month contract with potential for permanent transition
  • Hours: ASAP start Monday-Friday, standard business hours | Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office) | North Sydney & Parramatta locations

What you will be required to do

As a People Systems & Analytics Manager, you will support critical HR technology operations and a major SuccessFactors transformation project. You'll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to ensure the effective management and optimisation of enterprise people systems.

  • Lead the functional ownership of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and related modules.
  • Support Project Evolve, including the deployment of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Manage system enhancements, upgrades and quarterly SAP releases.
  • Provide senior-level support for complex HR and payroll system issues.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, governance and payroll accuracy across people systems.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external vendors to deliver system improvements and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities and reporting enhancements.

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have extensive HRIS/People Systems experience within a large and complex organisation.
  • Possess hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (essential).
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, IT and business functions.
  • Have experience managing system governance, change control, testing and release management processes.
  • Display strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Be confident operating as a senior functional SME within HR technology environments.
