The Role

Our Brisbane Real Estate group is seeking an accomplished Senior Associate.

The role has a strong focus on property transactions, development and leasing, across a range of high-value real estate matters, acting for both the private sector and government clients.

We are seeking a Senior Associate:

• with a strong understanding of the commercial drivers of transactions;
• excellent team leadership and communication skills; and
• who is committed to working with and providing best outcomes for clients.

You will work with an established large Real Estate team, led by three highly respected real estate Partners.

This role offers a rare opportunity to contribute to high-quality property matters, while continuing to build your own profile and expertise within a leading practice.

Experience

The ideal candidate will:

• be a property lawyer with at least four years’ post-admission experience with mid or large-sized firms;
• bring confidence to manage matters independently and contribute to deals from start to finish;
• be recognised for their strong technical capability;
• have clear and confident communication;
• have a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality client service; and
• have a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting junior lawyers.
