We are currently seeking experienced administration and customer service professionals for multiple temporary opportunities within a high-volume government operational environment.

We are seeking candidates across

APS2, APS3 and APS4 equivalent levels who are reliable, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering quality service while working within established processes and procedures.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to important operational services, supporting document processing, customer enquiries, administration activities, and case management functions.

Available Opportunities

APS2 Equivalent - Production / Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities May Include

  • Scanning and processing applications and supporting documentation
  • Reviewing documents and preparing information for digital processing
  • Conducting quality assurance checks and identifying discrepancies
  • Managing workflow queues, inboxes, and administrative tasks
  • Filing, archiving, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting document handling and general operational activities

APS3 Equivalent - Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities May Include

  • Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face channels
  • Responding to enquiries and providing accurate information and updates
  • Processing documentation and maintaining databases and records
  • Supporting operational teams to meet service delivery outcomes
  • Assisting with administrative and customer support activities
  • Contributing to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives

APS4 Equivalent - Case Officer

Key Responsibilities May Include

  • Processing applications and supporting documentation accurately
  • Reviewing information to identify errors, omissions, or inconsistencies
  • Applying policies, procedures, and guidelines to support decision-making
  • Managing sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Providing customer service across written, phone, and face-to-face channels
  • Managing competing priorities in a high-volume processing environment

About You

To be successful in these roles, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, processing, or support-based roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to work effectively within structured processes and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A professional, reliable, and team-focused approach

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance

Assignment Details

  • Multiple temporary opportunities available across APS2, APS3 and APS4 equivalent levels
  • Immediate commencement preferred
  • Assignments expected to continue through to 30 June 2027
