JOB TITLE: Change Analyst

JOB LOCATION: Brisbane (Hybrid) / Melbourne (Hybrid)

Main Responsibilities

The Change Analyst will:

  • Follow the BOLD Change Management CORE model and report occasionally to the BOLD Core Change & Knowledge Team on the advancement of their project.
  • Adjust this CORE model to local needs to ensure adoption of changes and knowledge is working
  • Address and report any challenges that come with change. Identify and mitigate risks with change approaches.
  • Integrate the new processes and systems into the lives of the other employees with ease and minimal resistance
  • Define and measure the success of the changes by implementing measure success metrics within the scope of the change manager job profile

Experience

  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in monitoring change management protocols, from start to end
  • Experience in SAP projects.
  • Knowledge of finance, procurement or industry modules is a plus

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc):

  • Energetic and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain things easily (avoiding technical SAP language)
  • Proven time management skills, remaining flexible in responding to changing needs
  • Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work on and lead large, enterprise, remote projects
  • Able and willing to coach junior resources

Languages: English (fluent, mandatory); Other languages are nice to have

Academics: Bachelor's degree in business, management, project management or psychology;

Certified Change Management professional is preferred
