About the role

The Learning & Development Consultant designs, develops and delivers high-impact learning solutions that build leadership, professional and frontline capability across Customer Markets & Operations.

This role has a strong focus on hands-on digital learning development, with the majority of time spent building high-quality, scalable learning experiences using modern authoring tools.

Working closely with leaders, operations and change teams, you'll translate business priorities into practical, scalable learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes. You'll play a key role in embedding digital learning into day-to-day operations and scaling solutions across the business.

You'll bring expertise in modern learning technologies and authoring tools, taking ownership of the end-to-end build of digital learning experiences from concept through to implementation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design, develop and deliver high-impact learning solutions across leadership, professional and frontline audiences
  • Own the end-to-end build of digital learning experiences using Articulate 360, Storyline and similar tools, from concept through to implementation
  • Develop engaging multimedia content, including eLearning, video, audio and scalable digital resources
  • Partner with leaders, operations and change teams to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions that support adoption and performance outcomes
  • Measure and continuously improve learning effectiveness using data, feedback and insights, while delivering high-quality digital learning at pace

About you

  • Proven experience designing and building digital learning solutions across leadership, professional and frontline audiences
  • Advanced, hands-on expertise with Articulate 360, Storyline or similar, including building complete modules and interactive experiences
  • Experience developing multimedia learning content, including interactive eLearning, video and audio
  • Strong stakeholder skills, translating capability needs into practical, scalable solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment, using data and insights to improve outcomes
  • Able to provide examples or a portfolio of digital learning you've personally built (eLearning modules, interactive content, video-based learning, etc.)
  • Facilitation experience is valued but represents a smaller part of the role, with the primary focus on hands-on digital development
