As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you’ll shape how information is captured, shared and used to support smarter decisions and continuous improvement across the organisation. From designing frameworks to driving innovation in how knowledge is managed end-to-end, your work will help unlock insights, connect people to the right information, and build a stronger, more informed business.
This is a 6 to 12 month max-term contract role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement knowledge management strategies that align with organisational priorities and maximise the value of knowledge assets across the business
- Govern structured knowledge repositories, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and easy to navigate for diverse stakeholders
- Partner with teams to identify opportunities to improve how knowledge is captured, stored and shared using fit-for-purpose tools and systems
- Champion knowledge-sharing practices that embed a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Monitor the effectiveness of knowledge initiatives, using insights and feedback to refine frameworks and enhance outcomes
- Support the adoption of knowledge management tools and processes through clear guidance, engagement and capability uplift
What You'll Bring
- Experience designing or evolving knowledge management frameworks, systems or practices in a complex environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate information into practical, usable knowledge
- Confidence working with knowledge tools, content systems or intranet platform
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders to adopt new ways of working
- Clear and effective communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
