What you’ll be responsible for

• Managing student onboarding and progression through the RPL process
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to students
• Coordinating with RTO partners and internal teams
• Monitoring student outcomes, satisfaction, and completion rates
• Identifying opportunities to improve the overall student experience

We’re looking for someone who

• Is highly organised and detail-oriented
• Has strong communication and client engagement skills
• Is comfortable working in compliance-driven environments
• Is proactive, accountable, and solution-focused

This is a full-time, office-based role in Roselands, working closely with senior leadership and operations.
