Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure | Adelaide

Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering a diverse pipeline of projects across Greater Adelaide, including subdivisions, groundworks and road construction. With a strong forward workload, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on an initial contract basis.

The Role

  • Manage multiple concurrent civil projects including subdivisions, groundworks and road works
  • All projects located within 30 minutes of Adelaide CBD
  • Initial 3-6 month contract with strong view to extension or permanent placement
  • Oversee project delivery from programming through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget and to specification
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
  • Liaise with clients, councils and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
  • Report on project progress, budgets and forecasts

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil infrastructure
  • Strong background across subdivisions, groundworks and/or road construction
  • Sound commercial and contract management acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management or similar (highly regarded)
  • Full working rights in Australia
