Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure | Adelaide
Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering a diverse pipeline of projects across Greater Adelaide, including subdivisions, groundworks and road construction. With a strong forward workload, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on an initial contract basis.
The Role
- Manage multiple concurrent civil projects including subdivisions, groundworks and road works
- All projects located within 30 minutes of Adelaide CBD
- Initial 3-6 month contract with strong view to extension or permanent placement
- Oversee project delivery from programming through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget and to specification
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Liaise with clients, councils and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Report on project progress, budgets and forecasts
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil infrastructure
- Strong background across subdivisions, groundworks and/or road construction
- Sound commercial and contract management acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management or similar (highly regarded)
- Full working rights in Australia
