Senior Bookkeeper

Due to steady & sustained growth this mid-sized growing Accounting firm have a need for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to add to the team where you will be supporting a portfolio of clients with full service bookkeeping & mentor junior employees. The role is within an established bookkeeping team where you will be given all the tools and support you need to succeed.

The Role

  • Assisting with monthly reporting (BAS, P&L, BS etc.)
  • Oversee work from o-seas team & mentor junior staff
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable, managing Payroll
  • Answering calls from Clients regarding enquiries
  • Support the Accountants with a portfolio of clients

The successful candidate will have

  • Prior bookkeeping experience is essential- 3 years ideally
  • Experience mentoring/leading a team
  • Experience supporting Payroll is essential
  • Solid experience using XERO and MYOB
  • Great Client facing skills & enjoys client interaction
