About The Position

The Logistics & Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including freight coordination, inventory movements, supplier communications and delivery scheduling. The role ensures goods are delivered efficiently and on time by liaising with suppliers, freight providers, customers and internal teams. This position also supports procurement administration, warehouse operations, logistics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilitie s

  • Coordinate domestic and international freight movements, including bookings, documentation, shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
  • Manage communication with suppliers, freight providers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate logistics, inventory and procurement records, including purchase orders, goods receipting, stock movements and reporting.
  • Support warehouse and inventory operations through stock coordination, dispatch administration and reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, resolve delivery issues, manage risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service outcomes.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, freight coordination or a similar operational role.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international freight movements, including working with freight providers and managing shipping documentation.
  • Strong experience with inventory management, warehouse administration and maintaining accurate records within business systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, resolve delivery issues and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders.
