After landing every podcast we've ever launched on the top charts and and working with some of Australia's favourite creators, we discovered exactly what separates good content from content that builds your business, brand and community.

So we dreamt up a space that brings out the best in everyone who records here and could be fully customised to suit your brand.

We have Netflix Approved 4K Cameras, the Microphones the best podcasters in the world use, lighting that makes you look like you've slept 10+ hours (even when you've only slept 4) and a team that are obsessed with helping you create content you can't wait to share.

We're based just off James Street (with free parking) and take all of the 1%'s seriously.

From storing sets for our residents to a fully stocked bathroom for last minute touches we've thought of all of the things we wished existed ... and now they do.

The role

We're hiring someone to work alongside our Co-Founders to own our Content and Social Media strategy.

If you love creating but are also obsessed with strategy ... we need to talk.

Our perfect fit for this role will understand storytelling, community trends and brand. You'll plan, shoot, edit and post content that looks great BUT is also geared to drive bookings, revenue and contribute to the wider brand goals and vision.

Design support is available when you need it, but ideally you will own the content process end to end.

Hours

You'll start with approx 10 hours per week across our brand with potential to grow and create content for our clients who use the studio as well (perfect for existing business owners or someone wanting to go out on their own)

We'll work out a schedule that works for both of us, right now we usually record in the Studio on Wednesday mornings with editing/posting/research all able to be done flexibly.

What you'll be doing

Strategy

  • Own the content strategy across Instagram, TikTok and a huge bonus if you also know your way around the LinkedIn algorthim
  • Create a social media plan to post consistently across all channels
  • Be data obssessed - Track what's working, cut what isn't, and explain why
  • Ensure everything aligns with the wider brand and marketing direction
  • Spot chances to repurpose what we're already filming into content that performs
  • Watch trends and platform shifts, and know which ones are worth our time

Content creation

  • Film, edit, and produce Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, graphics, and photography
  • Create aesthetic, engaging, on-brand content across both accounts
  • Produce educational, entertaining, inspirational, and community-driven content
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and turn them into engaging social content
  • Repurpose UGC and creator content into platform-native content
  • Create EGC-style content where needed
  • Create content for ads

Creative Execution

  • Design graphics and story assets using Canva
  • Edit high-quality short-form content using CapCut
  • Write engaging captions and storytelling copy
  • Build engaging Instagram story flows and broadcast channel content
  • Ensure all content remains visually cohesive and aligned with the Project C brand

  • Help shape founder-led content for personal accounts
  • Create content to build Project C's precense here

What we're looking for

You understand social media.

You know what performs, what drives engagement, and what actually builds community, and you can tell the difference between content people scroll past and content they stop to watch and share.

You know how to read a trend and adapt it so it fits us, not the other way around.

More than that, you're creative and strategic at once ... you turn ideas into content, content into engagement, and engagement into bookings and sales, because you understand how the whole picture fits together.

You can create independently and you move fast.

You film and edit your own work, build strong Reels and short-form, and know your way around CapCut and Canva without hand-holding.

You keep the quality high even when we're busy.

And you're proactive ... you bring ideas to the table, stay on top of the algorthim, take initiative, act quickly, and care about the work more than anyone's asking you to.

Experience

Two to three years in content, social or creative marketing. Or a portfolio strong enough to make the years irrelevant.

Experience with premium, lifestyle or founder-led brands is a plus.
