Creator and Talent Manager
BAYLY PR
CREATOR & TALENT MANAGER - BPR TALENT
Full-time
Brisbane, Queensland (open to hybrid, Gold Coast / SEQ based applicants).
About BPR Talent
BAYLY PR is a boutique PR and talent management agency based in Brisbane, specialising in lifestyle, interiors, beauty, wellness, and fashion. Our talent management division, BPR Talent, represents a growing roster of influencers, Key Opinion Leaders, content creators and people who are generally the best in class at what they do, all across Australia.
The role!
This is a hands-on, build-and-own position for someone who wants real responsibility in the creator economy. You’ll manage an existing roster of talent, drive new business by signing creators and closing brand partnerships, and take ownership of how BPR Talent shows up in market. You’ll work directly with the Founder and the Agency Director, and have the autonomy to make your mark on the division.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with BPR Talent’s roster of creators and influencers
- Pitch talent to brands, negotiate deals, and manage campaigns end-to-end
- Deliver campaign wrap reports and performance analysis for clients
- Recruit new talent to the roster — identify, approach, and sign creators
- Market BPR Talent through social media, industry presence, and outreach
- Manage contracts, briefs, and deliverables across all active campaigns
- Stay across platform trends, creator rates, and the broader Australian influencer landscape (while keeping a finger on the pulse for the global market shifts)
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator campaign management
- A genuine understanding of the Australian creator economy and social media platforms
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you’re confident in front of brands and talent alike
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and talent relationships simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast (or wider SEQ). Requirement to be in the office 2/3 days per week.
Why BPR?
- Real ownership of a division — not a support role, not a coordinator title
- The opportunity to grow quickly within a small, senior team
- Diverse and exciting talent across lifestyle, fashion, wellness, interiors, and food
- A front-row seat to a fast-growing agency with serious ambitions for 2032 and beyond
- Flexible working hours and hybrid arrangements
- Two extra paid leave days per year — one for your birthday, one just because
- Quarterly Fridays off
- An annual development budget for your career growth (post-probation)
- A supportive, ambitious team that takes the work seriously but doesn't take itself too seriously
