About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Learning and Talent, you'll lead the design, coordination and delivery of learning for a dedicated three-month AI implementation program.
This is a hands-on, generalist L&D role where you'll combine instructional design, program management and stakeholder engagement to develop practical, engaging learning experiences that help our people confidently adopt AI in their everyday work.
Working closely with our Learning & Development team, Change and Technology stakeholders, HR Business Partners and operational leaders, you'll ensure learning solutions are relevant, impactful and aligned to business capability needs.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing end-to-end learning journeys for AI capability programs.
- Conducting training needs analysis and translating business requirements into engaging learning solutions.
- Developing digital learning assets, facilitator guides, quick reference tools and supporting resources.
- Curating and quality-assuring learning content with subject matter experts.
- Managing the end-to-end learning program, including scheduling, coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting AI Champions and business leaders with practical learning resources.
- Measuring program success through reporting, participation data and learner feedback.
- Driving continuous improvement by using insights to refine learning experiences throughout the program.
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design or capability development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning design.
- Experience creating digital learning content (Articulate or similar authoring tools is highly regarded).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to simplify complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
