About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their finance career within a global organisation that values collaboration, continuous learning and professional growth.
In this role, you will support a range of core finance administration processes, ensuring data is maintained accurately and queries are resolved efficiently. You will work across areas including pricing, Masterdata, Financial Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis helping to deliver a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role - 2 Days in office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support finance administration processes with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain financial data relating to pricing and Accounts Payable (AP)
Review and maintain customer pricing approvals
Provide additional support to the Financial Accounting and Financial Planning and analysis team for daily tasks and ad hoc projects
Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide timely information and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and financial controls.
About You
Degree qualified, in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, credit or a related administrative role is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
