About The Role

Based at our Bull Creek estate, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep buildings, equipment, and facilities running smoothly.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • General repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Responding to maintenance requests (via system)
  • Working on equipment such as air con, hot water systems, appliances
  • Coordinating with contractors when required
  • Supporting projects and improvements across the estate
  • Helping create a safe, well-maintained environment for residents

About You

  • Hands-on experience in general maintenance or similar role
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service approach
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety

Set across 11 hectares in Bull Creek, our estate features landscaped gardens, parklands, and a lake – a relaxed, community-focused environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Need

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • C Class Driver’s Licence
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to undergo Pre-Employment Medical (paid for by RAAFA)
