Facility Coordination Officer

CSL Behring is seeking a highly organized and collaborative

Facility Coordination Officer to join our Vaccines Value Stream team in Broadmeadows. Reporting to the Senior Manager / Pre-Filled Syringe Supervisor, this role is critical in coordinating manufacturing, maintenance, validation, documentation, training, inventory management, and operational improvement activities that support the reliable production of life-saving vaccines.

As a key member of the operations support team, you will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operational Services to ensure production activities are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently while maintaining the highest GMP standards.

This is a permanent ongoing opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing, maintenance, validation, and environmental monitoring activities to support production schedules and operational readiness.
• Manage controlled documentation including SOPs, work instructions, batch records, and document review processes.
• Maintain inventory levels and support operational systems to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
• Support deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, compliance activities, and GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement and performance outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GxP principles, including GMP and quality management systems.
• Experience supporting batch and/or continuous manufacturing operations.
• Strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred), with proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
