About the role

We’re seeking a Head of Marketing to lead growth, reputation and market leadership for our Digital Health business, spanning InstantScripts, SiSU Health and emerging digital health solutions. This executive-level role will shape strategy, drive customer growth and position the business as a trusted leader in Australian digital healthcare.

As a key member of the Digital Health Leadership Team, you will:

  • Lead marketing strategy aligned to commercial priorities, customer needs and business growth.
  • Own go-to-market delivery for new products and services, partnering across Product, Clinical, Commercial and Operations.
  • Drive demand and customer growth through integrated acquisition, lifecycle and engagement strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team with a focus on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Elevate the brand through thought leadership, industry engagement and compelling storytelling

What you’ll bring

  • 12–15+ years’ senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare or another regulated industry, ideally at GM or executive level.
  • Proven success leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong experience in digital product marketing, go-to-market execution and customer growth.
  • Commercially astute, confident influencing executive stakeholders and managing significant marketing investment.
  • Experience across B2C, B2B and B2B2C models is highly regarded
