As a Project Manager at PwC, you'll bring your proven experience leading multi-discipline programs to drive the optimisation and uplift of our Client Engagement Lifecycle, based in Sydney / Gadigal or Melbourne / Naarm. You'll lead end-to-end delivery across onboarding and risk assessment redesign, partnering with stakeholders across internal functions to shape solutions that balance efficiency, risk outcomes, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
Lead translation of complex risk and operational challenges into clear problem statements and prioritise uplift initiatives based on value, efficiency and risk outcomes.
Lead solution analysis by partnering with stakeholders to explore, develop, and test fit-for-purpose onboarding pathways and workflow improvements.
Support the development of business requirements, including clear scope, acceptance criteria, and traceability to business and risk outcomes.
Lead solution design for onboarding and risk assessment processes by overseeing and quality assuring the redesign, simplification and optimisation of end-to-end workflows.
Lead operating model design activities to support streamlined onboarding pathways, clearer accountability, and improved decision-making.
Capture and consolidate broad perspectives to ensure business, client, risk, technology and operational requirements are reflected in the target-state design.
Lead alignment between global standards, regulatory obligations, and local business requirements to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
Lead delivery of roadmap development and monitoring through integrated implementation plans across interconnected risk and technology initiatives.
Actively identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, constraints and impacts associated with process redesign.
Lead and drive execution through implementation, monitoring progress against milestones, and reporting on risks, issues and benefits of realisation.
Work and operate comfortably at both strategic and delivery levels.
Lead and manage direct and matrix-ed resources across the business.
What we’re looking for:
Core skills
Proven project management experience delivering complex, multi-discipline programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse internal teams and senior leaders effectively.
Solid understanding of risk management, preferably within professional services or highly regulated industries.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Desirable skills
Experience in client delivery and/or a professional services firm environment.
Proven experience of identifying, shaping and implementing automation or AI agentification solutions.
