About the role

Your day-to-day will include:

• Working with customers from first enquiry through to delivery, giving you full ownership of the sales experience
• Presenting and demonstrating the Mercedes-Benz range in a way that matches each customer's individual needs and lifestyle
• Following up leads and managing your own pipeline, so your effort is directly reflected in your results
• Collaborating with the finance and delivery teams to make sure every handover goes smoothly
• Keeping up to date with the latest models and features, so you can speak with genuine confidence and expertise

About you

You bring a genuine appreciation for premium vehicles and a natural ability to connect with people, and you're ready to grow that into a rewarding long-term career.

More about you:

• A current NSW driver's licence is essential for conducting test drives with customers
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles will set you up well from day one
• Strong communication skills mean you listen as well as you present
• Comfortable working toward targets, with the self-motivation to manage your own time effectively
• A collaborative approach that fits naturally within the Mercedes Benz team culture
