Customer Service Officer

  • $39 per hour casual rate
  • Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
  • 3 to 6 month project
  • Truganina Location

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with call centre or outbound call experience to join a large FMCG for 3-6 months. This is a project for a product recall, so it's not sales, just following up on a database and updating information. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP. There is also potential for a Team Leader role.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
  • Support and collaboration to the greater Customer Service Team
  • Service outbound calls to customers, providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.

Qualifications And Skills

  • At least 1-2 years in a similar customer service role
  • Polished & professional phone manner
  • Clear & concise communication
  • Highly organised
  • Strong data entry skills
