We are seeking a Graduate and a Senior Speech Pathologist for this role.

About The Role

  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that's language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy the flexibility to manage your own calendar and work from home.
  • Work across our clinic locations as needed, building connections and collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
  • Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Senior Speech Pathologist have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to speech pathologist and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.

About You

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • You have current SPA Registration (or pending).
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • For our Senior role you have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • For our Graduate role you have finished recently and ready to start your career.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
