About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an essential leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Working within the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, you will ensure residents’ preferences, culture, and individuality are reflected in every aspect of care.

You’ll also:

• Lead, mentor, and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
• Drive clinical excellence and positive resident outcomes
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive care environment

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration (essential)
• Recent National Police Check (within 12 months)
• Demonstrated clinical competence and sound decision-making
