About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an essential leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Working within the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, you will ensure residents’ preferences, culture, and individuality are reflected in every aspect of care.
You’ll also:
- Lead, mentor, and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
- Drive clinical excellence and positive resident outcomes
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive care environment

What You’ll Bring
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration (essential)
- Recent National Police Check (within 12 months)
