About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering safe, highquality, personcentred care. Under the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, RNs are central to ensuring each resident’s identity, preferences, culture, and goals are reflected in their care experience. You’ll mentor and guide Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to consistently deliver care that upholds dignity, respect, and individualised support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current, unrestricted AHPRA RN registration (Essential)
  • Recent National Police Check (within 12 months) (Essential)
  • Aged care experience (desirable)
  • Genuine empathy and residentcentred approach
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A collaborative team player
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning
  • Wholeperson awareness (physical, social, emotional needs)
