Practical Information

Location: Australia | Reports to: Head of Transformation | Visa Requirements: Valid working rights for Australia | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid

As our new Transformation Lead, Delivery, you will drive the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the IDEA platform programme and wider AI Projects Group. Working at the intersection of business, product and engineering, this role will ensure key initiatives are scoped, governed, executed and embedded to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Key responsibilities will include:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation workstreams from planning through to execution and outcome realisation.
• Define delivery plans, milestones and success measures while managing scope, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with product, engineering, shared services and business stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery progress.
• Lead operational transformation initiatives, AI-enabled projects and internal platform delivery workstreams.
• Drive governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the transformation portfolio.

What we need to see from you

Your Competencies

• Proven experience leading complex technology transformation programmes, strategic projects or enterprise delivery initiatives.
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical delivery within software, platform or technology environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders, delivery governance, risks, priorities and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and high levels of ambiguity.
