What you’ll do

  • Lead and set the strategic direction for Technology Business Partnering and Architecture functions to deliver outcomes aligned to firm priorities.

  • Build and foster a high-performing Strategy, Engagement & Architecture community, guiding senior specialists and leaders.

  • Define and drive enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps, including AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring alignment with global standards.

  • Own demand intake, prioritisation, and governance processes, providing senior leadership and clear executive-level visibility of portfolio priorities and risks.

What we’re looking for

Core skills

  • Proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy, business partnering, and architecture across complex portfolios or functions.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence investment decisions, portfolio trade-offs, and measure business value outcomes.

  • Expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, AI technology adoption, governance, and strategic planning.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives across global technology teams.

Desirable skills

  • Experience managing global technology relationships balancing local priorities with global strategic standards.

  • Ability to lead governance forums and drive enterprise-level decision-making under ambiguity and competing priorities.
